Job summary

Odevo is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Global Data & BI team to build and operate the pipelines that power the Odevo Data Warehouse (ODW).

Working within an established Microsoft Fabric architecture, you'll ingest data from the many source systems used across our operating companies, model it into trusted, reusable datasets, and keep it flowing reliably to the dashboards and data products our business depends on.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on data engineering experience building production pipelines.
• Strong SQL and Python for data manipulation, automation and ingestion.
• Experience with Fabric Data Factory or Azure equivalents and data warehousing.
• Good understanding of dimensional modeling and ELT principles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ingestion pipelines across APIs, databases and file feeds.
• Develop and test transformation models across Bronze, Silver and Gold layers.
• Model data for analytical consumption with dimensional modeling and MSDs.
• Monitor pipeline health, resolve failures and respond to schema changes.
• Implement data quality tests and document datasets for downstream use.
• Work with CI/CD, Git and secret management in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with BI developers and stakeholders to align data with business questions.
