Job summary

Kreditz is seeking a Data Engineer to own the data warehouse, pipelines, and reporting enablement across Europe. You will build scalable data infrastructure and work closely with product and business teams to deliver real-time insights for credit and risk decisions.

In this role you will manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, design ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS, and enable self-service analytics while collaborating with DevOps and Backend teams to support AI models.

Qualifications

• BSc / MSc in a quantitative subject.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role focused on data infrastructure.
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
• Hands-on AWS experience (Redshift/Snowflake, S3, Glue, Lambda).
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and modern data stack tools.
• Experience with Airflow or Dagster and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Ability to translate data into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end data lifecycle from data sources to consumption.
• Design and build robust ETL/ELT pipelines in AWS.
• Automate internal reporting and enable self-service analytics.
• Manage AWS services including Glue, Redshift, Athena, and Lambda.
• Implement monitoring and validation for data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Backend teams to align infrastructure.
• Support AI/ML models by providing specialized data pipelines.
