Job summary

CBRE in Linköping is seeking a Data Center Technician with a focus on fire protection systems, gas-based suppression, and general building maintenance. You will join an established team, carry out inspections, preventive maintenance, monitor BMS alarms, and coordinate specialist contractors, with a fixed daytime schedule (07:00–16:00) and no on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on maintenance experience.
• Relevant technical training or apprenticeship.
• English working proficiency; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support inspections and maintenance of fire protection and mechanical systems.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and fault-finding.
• Monitor Building Management System (BMS) alarms and investigate issues.
• Coordinate specialist contractors and document inspections/work.
