Job summary

Excelgens Consulting Sverige AB is seeking a Data Center Engineer for a hands-on role in Sweden. You will work across data center environments, supporting IT infrastructure hardware, networking, and operations in security-sensitive settings.

Ideal candidates have IT/Networking/Electrical Engineering background, strong troubleshooting skills, and fluent Swedish and English. A driving license (B) and ability to work independently are valued.

Qualifications

• Education in IT, networking, or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with installation, operation or maintenance of technical infrastructure.
• Strong interest in hands-on troubleshooting and technology.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble racks and data center equipment.
• Perform cabling and document physical infrastructure.
• Install, replace, upgrade and configure hardware.
• Troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure issues on-site.
• Handle incidents requiring physical presence and provide local hands support.
• Ensure data center environments meet security, quality and operational requirements.
• Participate in technical projects and infrastructure activities.
