Job summary

Amazon Data Services Sweden AB is seeking a Data Center Logistics Specialist to manage inventory, inbound/outbound shipments and lifecycle planning for parts across multiple locations.

The role involves data-driven decision making, ad hoc analyses, and close collaboration with data center operations, procurement and hardware teams to ensure timely parts availability and accurate data entry. A willingness to travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Manual handling experience supporting inventory maintenance and cycle counts.
• Experience coordinating inbound/outbound shipments.
• Ability to resolve questions from peer organizations.
• Willingness to travel to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all inbound/outbound deliveries with vendors and transportation teams.
• Receive/ship parts and keep the Inventory management system up to date.
• Work with internal customers to fulfill parts quickly and accurately.
• Perform stock re-balancing between locations locally and globally.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain organized, safe workspace.
• Interface with vendors for RMAs and replacements.
• Create metrics dashboards and reports for suppliers and management.
