emplify GmbH is seeking an AI Data Annotation Specialist to review and manage user-generated content in line with guidelines, ensuring quality and client satisfaction while upholding company policies.

The role involves administrative tasks, coordinating with teams, and taking appropriate actions to resolve production situations. This fully remote position is open to applicants in Poland and requires Danish language proficiency and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review videos and judge videos/accounts according to processes, policies and guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
• Liaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions.
• Resolve situations that arise during production.
• Make well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines.

As an AI Data Annotation Specialist, you will oversee the review and management of user-generated content to ensure it meets company guidelines and quality standards. Your role involves handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure the successful moderation of content while achieving client satisfaction and adhering to company policies. The AI Data Annotation Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for any content-related issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review videos and judge videos/accounts in accordance according to processes, policies and guidelines
• Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
• Liaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate
• Actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production
• Make well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledge

Project overview

• Work Days: Monday - Friday
• Remote job opportunity, from any place in Poland
• Work cannot be performed from any other country
