emplify GmbH is seeking an AI Data Annotation Specialist with Finnish in Poland to oversee review and moderation of user-generated content, ensuring compliance with guidelines and quality standards. This role focuses on content review for safety and accuracy.

You will handle inquiries on Trust & Safety, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make balanced decisions based on processes. Remote-friendly, workdays Monday to Friday, accessible from anywhere in Poland.

• Full professional proficiency in Finnish.
• Familiar with the culture of Finnish language.
• Experience within data annotation / labelling.
• Great attention to details and strong analytical skills.
• Fast critical thinking.
• Strong self-organization, decision making with objectivity.
• Resilience - the job involves exposure to disturbing content.

Responsabilités

• Review videos and judge videos/accounts in accordance according to processes, policies and guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
• Liaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions to resolve situations that may arise during production.
• Make well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledge.

As an AI Data Annotation Specialist, you will oversee the review and management of user-generated content to ensure it meets company guidelines and quality standards. Your role involves handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure the successful moderation of content while achieving client satisfaction and adhering to company policies. The AI Data Annotation Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for any content-related issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review videos and judge videos/accounts in accordance according to processes, policies and guidelines
• Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
• Liaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate
• Actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production
• Make well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledge

Project overview

• Work Days: Monday - Friday
• Remote job opportunity, from any place in Poland
• Work cannot be performed from any other country
