Danish native or C1, English B2–C1, strong digital trends knowledge, and good typing skills are required. Relocation to Greece with onboarding and benefits is provided.

Responsibilities

• AI & Content Operations: Review posts, identify policy violations and help collect data for AI systems.
• Virtual Reality Safety: Review user reports to maintain a safe virtual environment.
• Business & Brand Protection: Review ads to ensure policy compliance and IP protection.
• Digital Customer Support: Assist creators and businesses via chat and email; no cold calling.

Your potential area of work

Your responsibilities will depend on the workflow you join:

• AI & Content Operations: Review posts, comments and trending content, identify policy violations and help collect high-quality data used to improve AI and machine learning systems.
• Virtual Reality Safety: Review user reports and interactions in virtual environments, helping maintain a safe and positive experience for users.
• Business & Brand Protection: Review advertisements and promotional content to ensure they follow platform policies and protect intellectual property.
• Digital Customer Support: Assist creators and businesses through chat and email with questions around accounts, payments, access and other platform-related issues. No cold calling involved.

What we're looking for

• Danish: Native or C1 level
• English: B2-C1 level, as training and internal materials are in English
• Strong understanding of social media, internet culture, memes, slang and current digital trends
• Good typing skills: 30+ WPM with at least 85% accuracy
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Comfortable working with rotating shifts and different types of online content
• Professional and emotionally resilient when handling potentially sensitive material
• Previous experience in customer service, BPO, gaming or similar environments is an advantage, particularly for some workflows
