You’ll craft creative sourcing strategies, own end-to-end hiring, and champion a high-touch candidate experience while shaping scalable recruitment processes.

• Proven experience as a Talent Partner in a high-growth, international environment.
• Track record hiring go-to-market roles and medical professionals across Europe.
• Ability to source creatively using AI-driven tools and modern techniques.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
