Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a Cybersecurity Process Manager to develop and optimize cybersecurity processes across the organization. You will lead process improvements, drive compliance with NIST and ISO 27001, and partner with IT, operations, and business units to strengthen our security posture.

The role requires 3+ years in cybersecurity with a focus on process management, and a university degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of cybersecurity experience with at least 1 year in process management or project management for cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain cybersecurity processes, policies, and procedures.
• Lead implementation of new cybersecurity processes with IT, operations, and business units.
• Define and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of cybersecurity processes.
• Oversee audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
