You will be based at one of our offices in Stockholm or Örebro, and we offer a hybrid working model. Naturally, some days will be spent on‑site with clients.

The Role

In this role, you will lead client challenges and transformation initiatives related to information security and cybersecurity, working closely with our own or the client’s security teams and business developers. With your expertise, you act as an independent advisor, ensuring that clients achieve their business objectives through secure, resilient and sustainable IT and operational processes.

Within Midagon, you will join a senior team with broad experience in digital transformation. The team combines deep technical understanding with strategic competence in regulations, frameworks and cybersecurity, as well as experience across industries and technology platforms. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are central to how we work.

We are looking for someone who:

As a person, you are outgoing, structured and able to inspire those around you. You have experience assessing an organisation’s current state from one or several perspectives – people, processes and technology.

You bring:

• Many years of consulting experience
• Experience in analysing, planning and implementing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS/LIS)
• Experience in analysing, planning and implementing organisational and/or technical security controls
• Business continuity and disaster recovery planning
• Information identification, classification and protection measures
• Fluency in both Swedish and English

You are comfortable presenting material to steering groups and executive teams, as well as discussing high‑level technical topics with IT departments. Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent are highly advantageous.
