In this hybrid role, you'll assist Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work Model: On-site
Languages: Swedish (C2) & English (B2+)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Contract Type: Full-time
