What's the role about?

As our new Customer Success Team Manager, you’ll be a key part of the Customer Experience team, contributing to Eletive’s mission to increase engagement at work across the globe. You’ll take on a dual responsibility: leading and coaching a team of 6–10 Customer Success Managers while also managing a small portfolio of strategic customer accounts. You will report to Hanna, our VP of Customer Experience.

This is a role for someone who thrives in both people leadership and customer partnership – and understands how the two support each other. You’ll drive team engagement and development, shape how we work with our customers, and stay hands-on enough to lead from insight and example.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a high-performing team: Set clear expectations, coach through regular 1:1s, and support growth with feedback, collaboration, and accountability.
• Driving clarity and structure: Ensure our Customer Success processes are followed, continuously improved, and aligned across departments.
• Fostering team engagement and motivation: Build an environment where people thrive, feel supported, and are held to high standards.
• Staying close to the customer: Own a small number of key accounts to remain connected to the product, the platform, and the customer journey.
• Collaborating cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, and Account Management to strengthen the customer experience end-to-end.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Bring 4+ years of experience in Customer Success within SaaS and at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Are highly structured, service-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
• Are a natural collaborator who thrives in team settings and builds trust easily.
• Lead with clarity and ambition—setting high standards, making bold decisions, and pushing for results.

This role requires authorization to work in Sweden as it’s based in Sweden. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time, but we welcome applications from everyone eligible to work in the EU.
