Our innovative solutions aim to simplify access to financing and enable growth for small businesses. As we scale, we are now looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Success Representative to be part of our journey to transform the financial landscape for entrepreneurs.
The Customer Success Representative supports our Swedish customers via inbound contact channels: phone, chat, and email. You will resolve a broad and varied range of customer errands, including technical support for our Qred Visa card, questions about ongoing loan applications, or assistance with invoices. You will take full ownership of customer errands and drive satisfaction through excellent service. This role provides insights into our Underwriting and Collections processes and involves collaboration across teams and departments. With the recent expansion of our Swedish Customer Success team and our banking license acquisition, you will influence new routines and customer interaction methods.
You will be part of a diverse team of 19, including Underwriters, Customer Success, and Collection Agents. The role reports to one of two Team Leads.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stockholm, with working hours Monday-Friday, 8:30-17:30. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The start date is flexible, and the right candidate can join immediately.
