Pihr is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of customers through their journey, driving adoption and translating pay equity insights into action. You will build trusted relationships with both operational users and senior decision-makers, while collaborating with Sales, Advisory and Product to enhance the customer experience.
You will lead renewals, identify opportunities across products and markets, and contribute to scalable CS processes including AI-enabled workflows.

As Customer Success Manager at Pihr, you will take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of customers throughout their journey with Pihr. You will combine business understanding, relationship management and hands‑on execution to create direction, maintain momentum and develop each customer relationship over time.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working close to customers, navigating multiple priorities and turning insight into action. You will join a collaborative Customer Success team and contribute to how we work as Pihr continues to scale.

You have experience from Customer Success, Account Management, B2B SaaS, consulting or another fast-moving, customer-facing environment. More important than your exact background is that you:
