As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be our Customer Service representative in Sweden, supporting Nordic customers with their questions, guiding them through best practices, and helping resolve issues to ensure a smooth experience with the Onventis platform – a leading SaaS solution for procurement and spend management.
Many of our Nordic customers use Onventis Analytics to gain insights into their procurement and spend data. If you enjoy working with data and helping others turn insights into action, this role will fit you well. You’ll work closely with colleagues from other departments on site and our international Customer Service team across Europe.
