Overview

Our fast-growing brand offers innovative and design-driven baby products such as Baby Carriers, SleepCarrier, pregnancy collection and many more. Based in central Lund, Sweden, we are reaching 30-50% more customers year on year through new fantastic products and expanding sales worldwide. We intend to keep this up with plans of growing into a team of over 50 employees by the end of 2025.

The Role

Najell is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our office in Lund, Sweden, on a part time basis (up to 16 hours, preferably during Monday-Wednesday).

Responsibilities

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be part of our Buying, Supply Chain, and Customer Service team, which is responsible for purchase planning, logistics follow-up, and improving quality based on customer feedback from all our channels.
• Customer Service is the first point of contact when something goes wrong, making this role an important starting point for many improvement initiatives.
• Most of your work will be computer-based, primarily through email, phone and chat.
• We believe in building strong relationships with our customers, and we see you as an important part of that.
• Alongside direct customer contact, you will also assist with logistics tasks, giving you a broader view of our team’s work.
