TL;DR – We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to uncover and amplify the incredible stories of users building with Lovable. From solopreneurs building their first revenue‑generating app to enterprise teams shipping products in hours instead of months, our customers are doing lovable things—and the world needs to hear about it. You’ll build systems to discover these stories and craft compelling narratives that inspire and convert.

Responsibilities

• Create scalable processes to identify customer success stories across B2B, B2C, and everything in between.
• Monitor social channels, forums, and communities for organic testimonials.
• Develop customer relationships to capture transformation stories.
• Build workflows to systematically gather impact data.
• Transform user experiences into compelling case studies, video testimonials, and social proof campaigns.
• Create content that resonates across different audience segments.
• Identify users building unique, ambitious, or unexpectedly successful products.
• Document "impossible made possible" moments that demonstrate Lovable’s potential.
• Bring a creative lens to how we tell stories across a variety of channels and mediums, from video and audio to print and digital.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer marketing or storytelling‑focused role.
• Proven track record creating compelling customer case studies.
• Experience building content sourcing systems and processes.
• Strong writing and narrative skills with portfolio.
• Comfort with both B2B and B2C segments.
• Video production and storytelling experience – preferably from a user perspective.
• Understanding of software development or no‑code tools.
• Creativity and a willingness to think outside of the box.
