Qualifications

• 10 years of embedded industry experience in roles such as Field Application Engineer or Application Developer.
• Ability to engage confidently with mixed technical/non-technical audiences.
• Experience in complex technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery and enablement with customers.
• Provide onboarding support to new customers.
• Deliver enterprise support with tailored post-sales advice.
• Produce technical material regularly.

Skills

Strong C and/or C++ knowledge

Solid written & verbal English

Practical understanding of developer workflows

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with scripting (Bash/Powershell)

Education

BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
