Job Title - Embedded Developer
We are looking for a skilled and driven Embedded Systems Consultant to work close to hardware and contribute to the development of next‑generation embedded products. You will be part of a highly competent team where technical curiosity, quality, and structured working methods are strongly valued.
Experience with bare‑metal programming and working from datasheets/reference manuals
Ability to design non‑blocking, event‑driven real‑time systems
Strong system‑level thinking with clear visualization of results
Experience optimizing code for energy consumption, performance, and resource usage
Deep understanding of ARM Cortex‑M microcontroller architecture
Solid knowledge of low‑level concepts: registers, interrupts, timers, watchdogs, prioritization
Strong grasp of real‑time constraints: timing, latency, deterministic behavior
Toolchain experience including compiler behavior, JTAG/SWD debugging, linker scripts, memory maps, build systems, and static analysis
Experience with communication interfaces: SPI, RS485, USB
Ability to write robust, portable, testable, and deterministic C code, preferably MISRA C
Experience reviewing, improving, and refactoring legacy code
Experience performing systematic root cause analysis of complex HW/SW issues
Knowledge of bootloaders and firmware update strategies
Experience working with an RTOS
Knowledge of assembly language
Strong understanding of Ethernet (OSI layers 1–4)
Strong knowledge of CAN
Experience with API development and client/server architectures
Basic electrical engineering knowledge for HW/SW troubleshooting
Experience using oscilloscopes and lab equipment
Experience with version control, ISO 26262, and Git
Basic knowledge of CI environments
