Job summary

Bygghemma Nordic, part of BHG Group, is one of the Nordics' leading e-commerce players in building, home, and garden products. We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to enhance the customer journey and drive improvements across channels from Malmö and beyond.

You'll engage with customers, collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners, and use data and feedback to turn experiences into positives while contributing to faster delivery and clearer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, logistics, or another customer-facing environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers and help turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to improve delivery performance and customer communication.
• Drive initiatives that make it easier for customers to track and receive their orders.
• Use data, feedback, and curiosity to continuously improve the customer journey.
