Job summary

K-LAGAN is seeking a CSA Supervisor to lead on-site civil, structural, and architectural activities during a major industrial EPCM project in Sweden. You will supervise construction, ensure safety, meet schedules, and coordinate with multiple teams. This role demands strong communication, site supervision experience, and readiness to work on-site.

Accommodation and a company vehicle are provided. The project offers long-term, international exposure with a rotating 3 weeks on-site / 1 week remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Construction engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years supervising construction activities on industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil, structural, and architectural construction activities on-site.
• Monitor contractor performance and progress against schedule.
• Verify quality through inspections and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, quality, and HSE teams.
• Support interface management with other disciplines.
• Participate in meetings, progress reviews, and site walkdowns.
