Job summary

Eccoci AB, on behalf of a global Project Management Consultancy, seeks an experienced CSA Supervisor (Civil, Structural & Architectural) to join the site management team for a major greenfield steel plant project in Luleå, Northern Sweden.

This on-site role will oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages, ensure compliance with drawings and specs, coordinate with EPC contractors and multidisciplinary teams, and monitor safety, quality, and schedule in cold-climate conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages.
• Ensure civil and structural activities comply with drawings, specs, and project standards.
• Coordinate on-site progress with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor safety, quality, and schedule in cold-climate conditions.
• Report CSA progress, risks, and milestones to the site management team.
