Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure works meet programme deadlines.
• Monitor quality, drawings, specifications, and contractor documentation.
• Carry out inspections, manage snagging, and ensure timely close-out.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Track progress, protect finished works, and manage damage notices.
• Attend subcontractor and look-ahead meetings.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, housekeeping, permits, and RAMS.
• Participate in daily SPA, DAB, and whiteboard meetings.
