The CRM Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the HubSpot CRM platform covering 6 brands. This role ensures that the system remains efficient, up-to-date, and aligned with established business processes. While marketing holds the product ownership of the HubSpot platform, the CRM Specialist is tasked with operational ownership of the system’s health, user adherence, and functional effectiveness across marketing, sales, and service teams.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support adoption, enforce best practices, and drive improvements that enable seamless customer journeys and effective pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation and administration of HubSpot CRM including Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs across multiple business units and brands.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and cleanliness of CRM records through regular audits and maintenance.
  • Monitor and enforce the use of CRM processes and workflows consistent with documented standards.
  • Configure and maintain CRM features such as contact segmentation, pipeline stages, workflows, and automation to maximize effectiveness.
  • Support marketing, sales, and service teams by providing system training, guidance, and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing technology and business process teams to deliver CRM data reporting and performance insights.
  • Be a key stakeholder in the system governance and the responsibilities that entails (user/team access, onboarding, offboarding, system documentation, etc.)
  • Stay informed about HubSpot platform updates and industry best practices to recommend and implement enhancements.
  • Support GDPR/compliance requirements related to CRM data and user access controls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience managing a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot Enterprise. HubSpot CRM certification is a strong advantage.
  • Strong technical skills in CRM configuration, workflow automation, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Understanding of marketing, sales, and service processes and how they are applied in a CRM system.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to support user adoption and best practice.
  • Detail- and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on data quality and process consistency.

The role is based at our HQ office in Gothenburg.
