As a Counter Manager, you will engage, listen, and guide customers to relevant products. You will lead and motivate your team to create memorable, inclusive customer experiences that enhance store performance.
This role involves working full-time on-site, including some weekends, managing budgets, marketing, client base development, and team activities. The ideal candidate will be diligent, passionate, and committed to excellence.
