As a Counter Manager, you will engage, listen, and guide customers to relevant products. You will lead and motivate your team to create memorable, inclusive customer experiences that enhance store performance.

This role involves working full-time on-site, including some weekends, managing budgets, marketing, client base development, and team activities. The ideal candidate will be diligent, passionate, and committed to excellence.

What we are looking for

• Management experience in customer service
• Proven selling skills and ability to drive sales
• Experience leading and coaching teams in inclusive, safe environments
• Empathy and interpersonal skills
• Open mindset, curiosity, and ability to listen without judgment
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
• Knowledge of skin care (advantageous)
• Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrances, and home categories (advantageous)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

This is a full-time position, 40 hours/week, on-site.
