Job summary

Swedish Nutra AB, a Malmö-based family company and Nordic leader in premium liquid vitamins, seeks a Chief Operating Officer to run daily operations from our Malmö headquarters. You will own the full P&L and lead about 30 staff through a management layer, driving GMP/HACCP compliance, production targets, and a growth-focused operational engine to scale the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of general management including owning a full P&L.
• Experience in regulated product categories (GMP, HACCP, pharma, nutraceuticals).
• Ability to build structure in founder-led environments and scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with full P&L authority and staff leadership.
• Oversee production, quality, supply, and cost targets.
• Drive regulatory compliance across export markets (GMP/HACCP).
• Shape commercial growth by guiding sales and marketing to expand channels.
• Implement SOPs and automation to create repeatable processes.
• Establish KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
