We are currently seeking a self-motivated and driven controller on behalf of our client. Are you someone who enjoys taking responsibility and is open to new challenges? If so, you now have the opportunity to work as a controller in an international context, while being part of a small team with an office overlooking the sea in Nynäshamn!

Main tasks and development areas as a Controller:

• Monthly and annual financial statements
• Reporting to the parent company
• Budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up
• Review and follow-up on reported data
• Ad-hoc analysis

Qualifications and experience:

A recognized university degree or similar in a relevant field and around 4-5 years of relevant experience with focus on accounting and reporting. You probably work as a controller today or are more than ready to take the next step to work full time as a controller in an international environment. You might also have experience from auditing or from an international, listed environment where you are used to a fast pace and tight deadlines. To be successful, you need good knowledge of Excel as all reporting is done in the system. Its also advantageous if you have experience working with an Oracle-based system previously and English in both speech and writing is a requirement in this role.

To be considered for the position, you must have a strong attention to detail and always be thorough and organized in your work. You quickly adapt to new tasks and gain a comprehensive overview. As you will have many points of contacts across the business, you are communicative and know how to collaborate well with people around you. You are self-driven, patient and possess an analytical ability where you can see the big picture but also get the details right. More so, you have an interest in and understanding of working in an international environment and are motivated by exciting international financial issues.
