Contract Manager, IT-Compliance

We are now looking for you, a senior Contract Manager, to join our IT-Compliance team in Lund, to further empower our team. If you have strong personal drive, high detail focus, and developed communication skills, then this is something for you!

Who is your future team?

IT Compliance belongs to IT Governance, and we are a team of specialists collaborating cross-functionally within Axis and with stakeholders worldwide. We specialize in privacy (GDPR), information security, compliance frameworks, and contract management related to IT systems. Part of our responsibility is to ensure compliance with international regulations and standards (ISO27001, etc.), and we actively coach the Axis organization, sharing recommendations for corrective actions to continuously improve our security posture.

What you'll do here as Contract Manager, IT-Compliance

1. Contract reviews: Identify and assess risks in contracts, focusing on privacy, information security, delivery, quality, and pricing of IT systems. Ensure contracts align with internal policies and external regulations, especially data protection and privacy.
2. Contract negotiations: Support negotiations to secure sustainable and fair contracts for IT systems. Proactively minimize risks while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
3. Communication and collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (IT, finance, HR, operations, legal) to meet business needs and align contracts with company objectives. Maintain relationships with external suppliers, partners, and customers during negotiations.

Who are we looking for?

You have extensive experience as a Contract Manager of IT systems, with a natural ability to identify and assess privacy and security risks, and to negotiate effectively. Knowledge of legal or purchasing roles is a merit. You can manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
