Overview

Permanent Position, Full- or Part-Time, Berlin

We are looking for an experienced and scientifically qualified Content Manager (m/f/d) to enhance our communication efforts. You will be responsible for creating content that reflects the precision, depth, and innovation of our work in genetics. This role requires a strong background in genetics or molecular biology, combined with excellent writing skills and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage high-quality content for brochures, catalogs, case studies, white papers, and order forms—ensuring scientific accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Translate complex genetic and diagnostic topics into accessible language for both expert and general audiences, across print and digital formats.
  • Prepare product launch presentations and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and update content on our website (medicover-genetics.com) to reflect new services and scientific developments.
  • Develop content for LinkedIn and other platforms to position Medicover Genetics as a thought leader.
  • Lead the creation of our monthly “New in Genetics” newsletter for internal stakeholders, including Directors and General Managers.
  • Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment with scientific, regulatory, and strategic goals.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Biology, Molecular Genetics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of genetics, molecular diagnostics, and hereditary diseases.
  • Experience in scientific writing or content creation within a laboratory, healthcare, or biotech environment.
  • Ability to communicate scientific concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital publishing, and operational marketing.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
  • Excellent English and German skills (spoken and written).
