In Digital Wealth, we work together with Customer Responsible Units to run a successful savings business. We enable our customers to unlock their financial potential by developing, optimizing and supporting market-leading advice & self-service savings solutions. We are now looking for a Dialogue Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Sales & Engagement team focusing on Private Banking customers.
As the Digital Dialogue Specialist in Digital Wealth, your role will be to coordinate and drive content implementation, tailored to the target group across the full end-to-end customer journeys, from email to website to mobile app and net bank. This role ensures personalized, relevant and engaging content and campaigns, driving customer value and satisfaction.
You will work in a virtual, Nordic, cross-functional team, with the support of a Product Owner, Content Managers, Marketing Automation Specialists and Data Analysts with high ambitions, a collaborative approach and focus on elevating customer experiences.
