Assignment Overview:

Seeking a Configuration Manager to join projects focused on developing, modifying, and maintaining surface vessels. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate product configurations and collaborate with teams to support timely project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee configuration management processes.
• Manage configuration requirements affecting suppliers and partners.
• Set and maintain baseline configurations.
• Lead Configuration Change Boards (CCB) and report status updates.
• Coordinate customer deliveries and serve as a primary contact for configuration-related inquiries.
• Contribute to refining configuration management practices.

Your Profile:

• Solution-oriented with a passion for people and technology.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-driven, with strong communication skills.
• Skilled in analyzing complex product information.
• Committed to improvement and goal achievement.

Requirements:

• A few years of experience in the tasks outlined above.
• Knowledge and experience in creating governance documents for configuration and information delivery work, and applying these in projects.
• Independent and outgoing, with experience in configuration management and project administration in complex projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to quickly grasp an overview of product information and project deliveries.
• Structured, accustomed to working long-term, but able to make quick decisions when necessary.
• Skilled at building networks and earning trust within the company.
