Job description

MAX IV Laboratory at Lund University is now searching for acomputational imaging scientistfor the construction and management of an X-ray Multibeam Imaging Instrument at CoSAXS beamline within the SSF-funded project: “X-ray Hierarchical 3D Nanoscopy for large specimens”.

Your role/tasks:

• Main: the development of a PtyPy multibeam ptychography high-throughput data processing framework
• Supporting the design and construction of the multibeam ptychography instrument in collaboration with the CoSAXS beamline team and the Technical division (IT, CAD, PLC, etc.)
• Planning and execution of commissioning and experimental beamtimes
• Writing high quality scientific papers and presenting your work at conferences
