TM Green Group is seeking a Compliance Advisor to drive and monitor compliance across a major data centre project in Horndal, Sweden. The role interfaces with project teams, subcontractors and labour providers to uphold Swedish and EU labour standards.

You will manage audits, investigations, and training while promoting ethical labour practices across the workforce and supply chain on a high-specification European project.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline (Compliance, HR, Law, Social Sciences, Business).
• Experience in compliance, labour compliance, HR compliance or ESG.
• Knowledge of labour legislation and workforce compliance requirements.
• Understanding of Swedish labour law and posted worker regulations a plus.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections or compliance reviews.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; Swedish knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and proactive approach.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery and improvement of compliance standards across the project.
• Review employment contracts, right-to-work records, timesheets, payslips and posted worker docs.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance against project and legal requirements.
• Identify compliance risks and support corrective actions.
• Participate in audits, inspections and welfare reviews.
• Assist investigations into non-conformances and raise issues.
• Deliver or support training on ethical labour standards and modern slavery awareness.
• Produce compliance reports and KPI data for the project.
• Act as a point of contact for compliance queries from teams and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Procurement, HR, HSE and Project Management to embed ethical practices.
