Job summary

ULTEUM is seeking a Commercial Manager for a client in Sweden, focusing on data centre projects across the Nordics. The role involves managing budgets, contracts, variations, and risk control to ensure profitable delivery.

You will support tenders and procurement, prepare monthly commercial reports, and mentor junior QSs on the team. This senior position requires experience with large-scale, mission-critical builds and established contract knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commercial Manager or Senior QS
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience
• Familiar with AB/ABT, NEC or FIDIC contracts
• Experience handling variations, claims and final accounts
• Comfortable with cost reporting on large projects
• Degree in QS, construction management or engineering
