Blue Fox is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial activities on a landmark hyperscale data centre campus in Sweden. The role focuses on budgets, procurement, and contract negotiations within a fast‑paced, international project environment.

You will report to senior leadership, collaborate with project teams, and drive margins through proactive cost control, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor role on major construction projects.
• Experience delivering hyperscale data centres or mission‑critical facilities is preferred.
• Strong background with General Contractors or major construction contractors.
• Excellent knowledge of subcontractor management, procurement, cost control and contract administration.

We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a leading General Contractor delivering a landmark €1 billion hyperscale data centre campus in Sweden.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor on major construction projects.
• Ideally, previous experience delivering hyperscale data centres or other mission‑critical facilities.
• Strong background working for a General Contractor or major construction contractor.
• Excellent knowledge of subcontractor management, procurement, cost control and contract administration.
• Experience managing large‑scale MEP and/or CSA construction packages.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, international project environment.
