A leading consumer electronics retailer in Malmö is seeking a Commercial Business Development Specialist. This role focuses on driving commercial development through data analysis and strategic project management. Assignment:
As a Commercial Business Development Specialist, you play a key role in driving Kjell & Company’s commercial development across all customer touchpoints. You turn data and strategy into actionable improvements that increase profitability, strengthen customer experience, and streamline operations. Working cross-functionally between e-commerce, marketing, CRM, and retail, you help connect strategic initiatives with measurable business results.
You will join a team of ambitious colleagues and report directly to the CRM Director, working closely together to drive Kjell & Company’s commercial growth and development.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and proactive. You enjoy solving complex problems, take ownership of your work, and are motivated by turning ideas into action. You’re a strong collaborator who communicates clearly and confidently with both colleagues and stakeholders.
You have a relevant degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience within e-commerce, commercial development, or project management. You’re experienced in leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution, and comfortable using data and digital tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, or Excel to support your decisions.
This role is based in the headquarter office in central Malmö.
