Qualifications

• Professional software development experience.
• Experience with Python backends and modern frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Familiarity with Linux, containers, version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features for our cloud analysis platform with high performance and a seamless user experience.
• Produce clear, well-structured code and participate in peer reviews and pair programming.
• Collaborate with computational biologists to translate biological challenges into scalable software.
• Develop and maintain robust cloud infrastructure to support internal analysis workflows.
