Job summary

Inriver is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Malmö office. You will support a cloud-first SaaS environment, owning identity and endpoint security, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, and driving integrations with business systems.

You will lead onboarding/offboarding automation, manage device provisioning, and collaborate with Security and IT Operations on audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, GDPR).

Qualifications

• Experience with identity & access management concepts (MFA, SSO, RBAC, least privilege, lifecycle).
• Experience integrating and administering common SaaS tooling and building reliable integrations.
• Ability to drive IT projects end-to-end from requirements to rollout and continuous improvement.
• Experience in a small IT team with high autonomy and balance of support and engineering work.
• Familiarity with Auth0/SSO tooling.
• Business-level English; Swedish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead automating onboarding/offboarding, access, and device provisioning.
• Lead integrations and automation across IT and business systems (HR, Finance).
• Implement and maintain identity and endpoint security controls (MFA, CA alignment, baselines, hardening).
• Manage and improve the modern workplace: M365, Entra ID, Intune (policies, compliance, apps, reporting).
• Provide hands-on support and reduce recurring issues through standardization and automation.
• Deliver IT infrastructure / digital workplace projects end-to-end.
• Own endpoint lifecycle (standards, procurement, inventory, rollouts).
• Own and be a primary owner of a set of IT applications.
• Support the Security team with audits and controls (SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, GDPR, NIS2).
