• Experience with software development in a professional environment.
• Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices and development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud-native development principles.
• Understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation and platform engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of software quality, security and lifecycle management principles.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to share knowledge and support the development of others.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience from technology-intensive industries is advantageous.
