Job summary

Acne Studios is seeking a part-time Client Advisor for our NK Women store to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. This role involves working 15-20 hours per month across weekdays and weekends, with training in luxury sales, service, and clienteling to ensure best-in-class client experiences.

You will care for customers at the store and throughout the customer cycle, handling omni-channel services, inventory, and store procedures to meet sales targets and provide seamless service.

We are looking for a part‑time Client Advisor for our NK Women store. As Client Advisor at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take center stage.

This is a part‑time position of 15-20 hours per month across both weekdays and weekends.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your main contribution will be to care for our customers in the store but also through the whole customer cycle. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting‑edge approach to client experience. You take care of our valued customers at the store and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:

• Managing and executing omni channel services
• Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best‑in‑class client experience
• Achieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targets
• Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory
