Job Scope

The Clean and Dry Room Supervisor ensures optimal environmental conditions within clean and dry rooms to support high‑quality battery production. This role acts as the primary liaison between production and facilities teams during shifts, proactively maintaining room integrity and coordinating cleaning operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Focal Point: Serve as the main contact for the Shift Production Manager regarding clean and dry room conditions.
• Condition Monitoring: Detect early signs of environmental deviation (e.g., humidity, particle count, temperature) and collaborate with technicians and engineers to resolve issues promptly.
• Process Improvement: Provide recommendations for improving work instructions and standard operating procedures related to room maintenance and cleanliness.
• Resource Coordination: Supervise and coordinate internal and external cleaning teams to ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and production requirements.
• Promotion of HSE: Actively promote Health, Safety, and Environmental practices within clean and dry room operations, ensuring all activities align with company HSE policies and standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of room conditions, cleaning schedules, and incident reports.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO cleanroom standards and internal quality protocols.
