Job summary

Primrock, a Nordic energy scale-up based in Stockholm, seeks a Group CFO & Head of Capital to lead equity, SPV debt and secured bonds financing aiming for a public listing in 2027.

You will pitch investors, structure transactions, drive due diligence and close deals, reporting to the founder/CEO. The role combines strategic finance leadership with founder-driven ownership and a demanding, office-based environment. The position offers meaningful ownership and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• You must have held personal responsibility for substantial completed financing transactions and have direct experience pitching investors, lenders or credit committees.
• You must demonstrate strong negotiation, financial-modelling and closing capability; experience leading demanding due-diligence and transaction processes; high intellectual capacity, integrity, ownership and execution discipline; and comfort working directly with a demanding founder and controlling shareholder.
• Professional fluency in both Swedish and English is an absolute requirement.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, asset-backed finance, secured bonds and public listings is relevant, but intelligence, character and transaction capability matter more than a perfectly conventional résumé.

Responsibilities

• Lead Primrock’s capital strategy and work directly with the founder and CEO.
• Pitch investors, structure and negotiate transactions, lead due diligence and drive processes through closing.
• Own outcomes and lead financing across equity, SPV debt, secured bonds and public markets.
• Build direct relationships with investors, lenders and other capital providers.
• Prepare Primrock for a public listing and support the CEO and board with judgement.
