Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished CFO to lead the financial strategy of a large, international property-focused organisation. This is a high-impact, C-suite role suited to a strategic finance leader with experience in M&A, investment decision-making, and operating within complex, cross-border and matrix environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the organisation's financial strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and uphold strong corporate governance.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the Board and senior leadership.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team to drive operational excellence.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulators.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect organisational assets.
  • Support investment decisions and property portfolio management with robust financial insights.
