We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to join our team in Sweden. This role is pivotal in achieving profitability, increased market share, engagement, and customer satisfaction. You will do this by creating, communicating, and implementing effective strategies that drive growth and development across one of our largest and most lucrative channels.

As our new Contractor Channel Manager, you will build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to understand their objectives and align our solutions. You will lead channel strategy work, including coverage decisions and adjustments, and drive transformation with new trends, including digital solutions and policies.

What You'll Do:
  1. Strategy Development and Implementation: Formulate long-term plans, identify opportunities and challenges, and communicate the vision effectively to secure stakeholder buy-in. Focus on business development, market expansion, and maintaining current operations for profitability.
  2. Team Leadership and Management: Lead a team of senior sales professionals, fostering collaboration and strategic contribution.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate the strategic vision to internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and commitment.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a similar business development or channel management role.
  • Background in electrical products and distribution channels is advantageous.
  • Proven strategy creation and execution skills.
  • Experience managing senior professionals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary channels and growth strategies is a plus.
