Job summary

The role focuses on group reporting, budgeting, cash management and investor relations, while guiding a lean team through the US Nasdaq listing preparation and SOX/compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance and accounting.
• Experience in senior finance roles such as CFO or Head of Financial Reporting.
• Strong IFRS knowledge including group consolidation and complex accounting judgments.
• Knowledge of Swedish GAAP (ÅRL, RFR 2, K3).
• Experience with statutory accounts, management reporting and published quarterly/annual reports.
• Background in a major audit firm or listed-company finance environment.
• Experience with US/SEC reporting and Nasdaq listing processes or SOX would be advantageous.
• Experience with listed-company governance, controls and compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Fluent Swedish for statutory reporting and local stakeholders communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group finance function including accounting, reporting, consolidation, treasury and controls.
• Own group financial reporting under IFRS and Swedish statutory reporting.
• Lead quarterly and annual reporting processes with timely disclosures.
• Manage external auditors, legal/tax advisers and other finance partners.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and processes for a listed company.
• Support US Nasdaq listing prep including SEC reporting and SOX requirements.
• Prepare monthly management reporting, budgets, KPIs and cash-flow analysis.
• Provide CEO, Board and Audit Committee with financial analysis and decision support.
• Manage cash, liquidity and banking relationships.
• Support investor relations and earnings communications.
• Contribute to capital raising and financing activities.
• Establish and improve finance policies and governance frameworks.
• Lead, develop and grow the finance team.
• Maintain a hands-on approach in a lean finance organisation.
