Job summary

Bygghemma is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team in Malmö, Sweden. The CFO will be responsible for the overall financial performance, governance, and strategic development of Bygghemma Nordic across the Nordics.

This role involves leading the Finance organization, driving business performance, and ensuring compliance within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader, with strong analytical and communication skills.

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in a complex organization.
