EY-Parthenon in the Nordics seeks an Engagement Manager with significant experience in operational M&A carve-outs. The role spans pre-sign strategy to post-sign execution, serving buy-side and sell-side engagements across the Nordic region.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and contribute to the growth of the carve-out practice while collaborating with clients across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading carve-out and separation programs across the deal lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of operational M&A and value creation.
• Master's degree in business and economics, Engineering or equivalent.
• Great communication skills in English; Swedish or Nordic language preferred.

Aufgaben

• Leading buy- and sell-side carve-out engagements from pursuit through delivery and client management.
• Driving carve-out analyses, standalone operating model design, cost assessments, separation planning, and TSA scoping.
• Establishing and leading Separation Management Offices for Day 1 and IPO readiness programs.
• Supporting the development and expansion of our carve-out offering.
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering an inclusive, high-performance team culture.
