In your role as Underwriter, you will work closely with our industrial clients to ensure that their insurance solutions provide the safety net they need. Today and tomorrow. About the role

In this role, you will handle our most complex and international risks and contribute to deliver the best solutions for our clients. You will assess client exposures, risk profiles, tailor insurance programs, calculate premiums, and negotiate with clients and brokers.

In your role, you will work with your own portfolio together with Account Executives, Risk Engineers, Assistants, and Claims Adjusters to provide high-quality knowledge and service to both new and existing clients. You will also have a chance to contribute to product development.

About the team

Our Nordic Cargo team consists of 8 Underwriters and 2 Risk Engineers, of which 4 are in Sweden. As a Nordic organization, we collaborate across borders and exchange insights and learnings every day.

You also have:

• Problem-solving mindset, strong logical thinking skills, and the confidence to negotiate and work with numbers.

• Relevant university degree or equivalent (e.g., M.Sc. in Economics or Engineering).

• Knowledge and experience from Cargo insurance, global insurance, and shared solutions.

• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced working environment.
