Job summary

The SciLifeLab Group at LiU Cantù Lab is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to investigate how Wnt signaling regulates cell fate and contributes to cancer heterogeneity. You will focus on context-dependent transcriptional responses using organoid cultures and single-cell analyses.

Qualifications

• PhD in molecular biology or related field.
• PhD from an institution other than LiU.
• Experience with advanced cell culture systems, e.g., organoids.
• Experience with transcription factor profiling and single-cell transcriptomics analyses.
• Computational skills in R and Python.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to teach up to 20% of working hours.
